Hey was replacing brake pads yesterday when I noticed this. Posting left and right side to compare; any ideas on what this is called? Thanks.

Someone correct me if Im wrong, but I think you are looking at the sway bar endlink, this might be the part number: 48830-35020

Those are sway bar end links.

Those are outer tire rods. Replace ASAP

Sway bar links. You can drive it till you replace them. Just remember if you flex it out again they will keep breaking.

This is horrible advice. They are there for a reason. They are a key component to preventing body roll.
