Need help identifying lift

I acquired a 2005 SR5 about a week ago and am working my way through some repairs and maintenance. The prior owner had good maintenance records, but was not very knowledgeable on some details of what he had.

It's lifted, but I don't know how much or how. Center of wheel to fender is 21.5 inches front and rear on 265-70-17s (more on that later). Photos of front and rear suspension/shocks below. Tell me what you see, since I don't know what I'm looking at.

On another note, the left rear is more like 20-3/4 from wheel to fender (i.e. sagging 3/4 inch). What's the fix to this? New rear shocks?

Looks like bilsteins up front, stock in the rear. Can't tell from pics of the struts are adjustable or not, but they've been there a while...

Not sure on the "lift" but shocks won't fix the sag. The springs are what determines ride height so you'll either need to add a spacer or replace one or more springs. 3/4" isn't much. Did you notice it before you got out the tape measure?

That looks like a Rancho 9000 QuikLift. On the front.

These T4R generally lean a tad on the driver side. Fuel tank and battery on driver side.

The fronts are Rancho’s. Highly suggest ditching them for something else. The PO of my car did the same haha

Thanks all for the help. Got a few things to do first, but upgrade the suspension will be on the list.
