Need Help IDing crush washers

Hey guys,

Just got a 2006 last week. I got crush washers at the same time so I could change all the oil to synthetic.

I don't think I got all the right ones. The receipt says:

90430-24003 (quant: 1)
12157-10010 (quant: 3)

Attached is a picture of the crush washers I was given. Three of them they gave me for free so I am not sure what part number they are.

I am using this thread to verify my information. I just wanted to make sure I got this right before I order more from Conicelli.

I am guessing the 90430-24003 is the copper one since they only gave me one and the silver ones are 12157-10010. So what are the blue ones?

I bought my first crush washers a month ago. They gave me the blue ones, not sure what part number is though, sorry.

Hmmm.....

The blue ones are for the drain plugs for the front and rear differentials and the transfer case. So the silver ones are for the fill plugs? And the copper one is for the oil drain plug? That is what I thought when he gave them to me.

But the Thread I was looking at said I needed two of the coppers for the front differential, two of the silver ones for the rear differential and two blue ones for the transfer case. Assuming I got the part numbers right of course. And then one (9043012031) I don't have for the oil drain plug.

I am confused now?

I was thinking of just taking the plugs out and seeing but I got the washers so I could replace them after I switched to synthetic. I am a novice at this stuff and want to make sure I get everything right :).

Thanks for the help

Edit: This page has some photos. I am guessing the second photo would be the blue ones I have? So what is the oil drain plug? Another blue cause that is all that's left over according to those pics.

I know the 3 blue ones are for the oil drain plug (9043012031). The large copper is for the Front diff drain (9043024003) and the 3 smaller silver washers are the F diff fill and R diff drain & fill (1215710010). For the transfer case part # is (9043018008) same part # for drain & fill. These are the part #'s I use for my '03. Everything looks the same as what I used in my truck last august. I believe that is the same thread I used to get the part #'s so all parts should fit any year 4th gen. If I remember correctly you will also need a 10mm allen head socket to remove one of the rear diff plugs and a 1 inch normal socket. I can't remember where the 1" socket was used, maybe it was for the transfer case, take a quick look under your truck. I didn't check before I got ready to start and 10 min later I was going to autozone to buy some tools...think we've all been there!! Just go slow and match the washers as you take things apart. Its very straight forward and took me about 45 min to do everything. Make sure you can undo the fill plug before you drain. Draining and then not being able to fill back up= bad times! Also, pump bottle top helps out alot for refilling. Good luck!!

I just bought some a couple of weeks ago (haven't used yet) using the part numbers below from post #20 in the thread you linked. My receipt matches the part numbers and I got 2 large copper, and 2 each of the ones shown in the pic.

Front Diff Drain
9043024003 (x2)

Rear Diff Drain
1215710010 (x2)

Transfercase Drain
9043018008 (x2)
