Need Help: O2 Sensor Identification

I have an 04 4runner 4.0L Engine model 1GR-FE. I had an ODB scan done and it said bank 2 sensor 1 is dead. Which sensor is this? From what I can find in the forums this sensor does not exist on this engine. Did I get a bad scan or just not reading the diagram correctly? Any help will be very much appreciated.

Bank 1 is the bank containing cyl #1, bank 2 is the other cylinder bank. Sensor 1 is before the cat conv, sensor 2 is after it. This of course is on a V engine.

I have an 04 4runner 4.0L Engine model 1GR-FE. I live in Canada not sure about emission standards. I am 90% sure that the sensor in the link above is the right one. I just want someone who is 100% to back me up. Thank you very very much for taking the time to help me.

It looks like the right one. They used a toyota part for the picture. Id usually recommend the dealer for the right part but it seems worth the 100 dollar savings. The failed sensor is on the passenger side manifold.

From the TSB:

• Bank 1 (B1) refers to the bank that includes cylinder No. 1.
• Bank 2 (B2) refers to the bank opposite bank 1.
• Sensor 1 (S1) refers to the sensor that is located before the catalytic converters.
• Sensor 2 (S2) refers to the sensor that is located after the catalytic converters.

And to help identify cylinder #1 in a V engine, it's the front most cylinder.
On a V engine cylinders on each side are offset from the opposite one, so the front cylinder on one bank is slightly more forward than the front cylinder on the other bank (although they may appear to be even).
