Need help, Toytec install...

I installed my toytec ultimate 3" lift, let it settle, and aligned.

My driver side front and back are 1" higher than passenger side.

I thought that the coilovers came "set".... why the difference in height?

I will play with the front to get it level, but what about the back?

Your thought are greatly appreciated.

I have the same setup. I did have to correct the adjustment on one side. However, a full inch sounds like a lot. Recheck the seating of the left rear coil if you haven't.
Even odder is that I had to lower the front passenger side. The amount of fuel in the tank makes a lot of difference. When I installed mine with the front coils matched I found that I was about level left to right when the tank was full, but at empty the left rear was high and the right front was low. I reset the passenger side coil at 1/2 tank to absolute level and the pass. c/o had 2 less threads exposed below the collar.
With this setting there is about a 1/4" up and down at the wheel wells between full tank and empty.
One other possibility is the KDSS fluid pressure imbalance. Depending on how the KDSS was handled during the install this can cause your symptoms. It's easy enough to fix. Open both bypass valves (on the KDSS valve unit, two 10mm hex head bolts) about 8-10mm. With 1/2 tank of gas, adjust the coilovers til level. With the vehicle parked on level ground with full weight on the wheels, close the two bypass valves.
It should be SOP to open these valves when working on the suspension where the swaybar will need to be wracked on one side. It releases the fluids to flow from top to bottom and makes it real easy to push the swaybar around. Then when finished, weight on the wheels and level you close them back up.

Did you check the coilovers before you installed them? Did you count the number of lines showing on each coilover?

I would not be too concerned about the height of the coilovers being "different". You have the adjustment wrenches which you can use with the coilover installed by just removing the tire and jacking the car up. It does take some strength though and another buddy would make it a lot easier.

As for the rear. Make sure the spring is in the correct location, both top and bottom.
