Need help troubleshooting vibration while braking in gear idling.

Just recently when I stop at a light in drive only(600 RPM), I feel AND hear a vibration from the brake. I slap it in neutral or park (900 RPM) and nothing. I can press the brake harder and the noise changes a bit, sometimes lighter. Trans fluid is fresh and full. Brake fluid is full.

Any ideas what I should be checking first? THANKS in advance guys!

If it helps, if I press the brake alot harder, the noise gets louder. Is 600 RPM low for Drive and stopped?

It's a little low, I think with a/c off in gear idling s/b about 650-675, with a/c on add 200. May want to clean intake, IAC and see if that helps. Luck and enjoy the runner. :cowboy:
