Need help wiring reverse lights

I want to hook my reverse lights up to a 3 way switch. On/off/on when in reverse. Anybody know where there is a diagram. Any input would be helpful.

I have mine hooked up to a wireless remote that I can turn on anytime or they come on when in reverse, but I don't have a switch to keep them always off.
