Been lurking alot but never post much cause 99% of you are smarter
My alternator went bad and I had someone give me a new in the box Power bastards Fitzall-220 alternator. Since my baby 97 SR5 is down I got to figure out how to get this thing in there. I know I got to cut some cables and stuff but Im confused by a couple of things and was hoping you guys could help pretty quick. Need to get this up and running tomorrow.
Im using a 1 gauge wire from the back of the Power Bastards up to the battery. I know I need to splice the wire from the new plug to the old plug. Im not sure which wire goes to where there. Need to know which cable is the S, IGN, and L. Hopefully the pics will help someone in helping me.
EDIT---I now know I should hook up the white cable that was on the old alternator that hooks into the fuse box.
