need help with this trim/seal

This piece that fits between the interior trim and the door seal is grossing me out. All four doors are yellowed like this from the previous owner. I would like to replace these at some. 04 SR5 v6.

What are they so I can try to find replacements, how do I remove them and put new ones in and would they be the same through 09?

I found this image on this page that look like the parts, parts are 62311C, 62312C, 62331B and 62332. The diagram says to refer to Fig 67-51 and 67-55.

When I search for 62311, 62312 I get this page which appears to be part of the door assembly.
