need help!

I installed an ipod interface and ipod works, but now all of my automatic windows (down/up function) doesnt work. Can anyone help? I have know idea what to look for.

Did you check to see if you blew a fuse or if the window lock button was pushed in, though this will not affect the driver side window. If you disconnected the battery you would have to normalize the windows but they should still work. Sorry I can't be more help.
