Need ideas! Big hole in headliner after DVD player was taken out.

When I bought the ride it had a DVD player in the headliner. My wife instantly said "I want that in mine!". Since I didn't really need it and I need to stay in her good graces, I complied. The stereo shop took it out and asked what I planned to do with the hole up top and said in the mean time he could trace the DVD player on to some abs plastic and cover the hole.

I'm thinking some trim, adding tweeters or another center channel and of course some led done lights that I will have to mount up there.

Any other ideas I could do? I'm open to all suggestions!

You just need another DVD monitor up there. Once those things are up, that's it. There is going back unless you like that abs plastic thing.
