Need Instructions: Removing 2nd Gen Air Vent

I've searched but haven't found the info specific to 2nd gen interior. I need to remove and replace the passenger side air vent - actually the casing/trim.

On some sketchy info, I tried to take out the vent and broke the plastic on the side. Just knowing it's broken drives me nuts.

I've found one that matches at a local Pull-A-Part, but I couldn't even figure out how to take it out. Any step-by-step instructions, pics, or links to something relevant would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the info.
I should have elaborated though . . .
That's about the point where I got stuck removing the other one. I got all that stuff off of the salvage T4R and could get my hand back there - could even see the black plastic vent tube - but I couldn't figure out how the piece was actually secured in place on the dash, or what it was secured to.

But in my defense, someone had ravaged that thing before I got there; total mess.
