I would almost think this would be a trolling question from someone who's been previously banned.. lol If not, the link he provided will help you out

Read that.
I'm all for helping out a new guy with questions but if this was pirate, this guy would have been flamed to the stone-age.

"I'm from a different forum. It's a very small one it is entirely supported by members. No advertisement. there I have learned the power of searching for something your damn self. And not taking up useless space and starting a million threads on the same subject that's already been covered. Yes a forum is for sharing information, ideas, projects, giving advise, bs'ing, meeting new people with the same hobbies and often enough giving support to someone that is going through a hard time. NO IMO a forum is not for posting threads about wanting to know this or that without even searching for it once. If you have searched for it and then post up some links or pictures and ask for our opinions on which one some of us have used or think is a better option yeah. I'm for that. But seriously... Take the Time you spent posting this useless thread and just ****ing search for it."

This was my last post on a different thread... I like using this link to answer peoples searchless questions. Let me google that for you You just go to it type in what they should have searched and it wil give you a link that teaches them how to google something.
You end up with a link like this (and also that link will answer your question OP)

I had searched all day and got some info but i was just looking for different opinions, if your so against wasting time, why did you waste your time with such a long response on a "useless" thread. Not trying to be an A-hole just making a point, im new to the forum and having really done much on here so i just felt like talking to some peeps on here

If you click on the second link I provided it is actually useful to you. It brings you to a google search that shows all you need to know, including a link to this site with the thread that's all about lift options for your runner. But as for my response I spent the 5 minutes typing it so maybe you'd get that google is your friend. Other forums aren't as nice as the guys and few gals on here. The other forum I come from is turbobricks and trust me you have a question that's been answered or that is easily found with one simple search your not going to get an answer just get trash talked. I get being new and wanting to make posts and such I've done it we have all done it. You just have to learn forum etiquette that's all. So consider it a dickish welcome to t4r.org
