need new tires

So I need to get some new tires to pass inspection.. I currently have 33x12.50x15 BFG AT. I really only need 3 as I have a spare that has never seen the road.. I will use one of the old tires for the spare..

Any place you guys use online to buy tires?? I got several local quotes close to $800 for 3 tires installed. I was looking at the Falken Wildpeak tires.. I can get 5 tires mounted and balanced for $1050.. Any one have any experience with the Falkens??

TireRack.com made me a deal on BGF M/T KM2s and Ultra Mongoose wheels that I couldn't resist.

Now I have to wait - patiently - for them to arrive sometime late March, early April.

I just bought these 33x12.50-15 pro Comp Mud terrains from Tirepackage.com. i got 4 for $640... it was buy 3 and get 1 free plus free shipping.
It took a month to get them but the savings was worth it to me. you have to check their website often as deals pop up and go away on a regular basis.

Stay away from Falkens!! I spent some time in the wheel/tire business, and 90% of my problems were Falkens. Mostly busted belts. And they're tires seem to have super stiff sidewalls. I'd look on eBay (lots of tires free shipping), or discounttiredirect.com. get a price, then go to your local discount tire and make em pricematch. I've got a set of Cooper Discovery at's on my truck. Love em. But I'm upgrading to bfg's when I can afford them.

No personal experience with the wild peaks but I have Rocky Mountains on my t4r an love them so far (especially for the price), they've been on for about 15k miles and are holding up great, little road noise and great traction. I've heard horror stories about falkens but I love mine, might just be one of those hit or miss type things

Just got of the phone with tire package.. They show that deal but the pro comp tire in my size is being discontinued.

So I got the Falken Wild Peaks after reading and researching they seem to be a good fit.. 5 tires shipped to my door $865. However When its all said and done I think I will have $700 into it.. I got my brand new BFG spare that i am gonna sell plus I got a $50 rebate for buying 4 or more tires at one time.

They are supposed to be delivered tomorrow.. so we will see!!
