Need some help

Hey guys,
got a call from my wife this morning, pulling into her work parking lot, she hit the turn signal to turn in, and now the hazards are stuck on. They won't turn off. Wondering if anyone has had this problem before? I walked her through pulling the fuse, just so the battery won't die while she's at work. I'll be taking a look when she gets home. Wondering what to look for. Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Oh and it's an 04 V8.

My educated guess would be a turn signal/hazard flasher relay failure.

The turn signal/hazard flasher is located on the backside of the in-dash fuse and relay box.

You'll need to remove the knee bolster trim panel. Then you can unbolt the in-dash fuse and relay box. From there, you can remove/replace the turn signal/hazard flasher unit.
