Need Some Local Help (Near Philly)

Just needed someone with a 4Runner SR5, wanted to borrow the gauge cluster for a couple minutes to test mine. My speedometer/odometer does not work and I replaced the appropriate sensor as well as checked the wiring and the harness. My cluster is NOT cable driven all electronic.

I will drive up to an hour or so if anyone can lend me a hand.
