nope, upgrading to 265/70/17, and adding wheel spacers for a wider stance, so that will cause the rubbing. im hoping to fix that with the daystar leveling kit. im just a little leary of what damage the leveling kit can cause down the road

update!! grille is installed back on the truck and looks awesome, purchased a bunch of plasti-dip for my oe wheels i hope to get that done this weekend and than ill take some pics.
as for the rest, i have been looking into daystar front leveling kits, it seems that if i do a 2.5 front spacer kit it will level things out and may help with tire rubbing issues when i put in the new tires and wheel spacers.
im a little worried about thhe leveling kit tho, what are the long term effects of spacing out my front struts like that, will i ruin ball joints or wear out axle boots or something like that?

I'd recommend keeping the car stock height until you can afford to fix the whole suspension.
I did the daystar lift, and although it looks cool and is affordable, you have to factor in new Lower control arms, Upper control arms to get the alignment in a great spot, possible CV wear, tie rod links.

It just doesn't drive as great on the highway anymore even with brand new Michelins. I added the KYB front struts which are a little taller to begin with so the front sometimes looks level, but sometimes looks higher. I'm ready to be done with it, but the lower bolts froze in place and it is always too hot outside to wrestle with it.
