Needs some opinions

Looking at this what do you guys think?

I would say for the mileage it is a decent buy. You figure 8800 a year, thats low mileage. I would try for 11k, as I got my 2000 (Sport) for $9500 two years ago with a little less mileage.

I'd talk them down to 10K max, especially if the TB/H20 pump has not been changed. What does the underneath look like?

If you are looking to stay in the Philly area, I'd look at one like this:
Toyota : 4Runner | eBay

That way you could physically see how bad the rust is underneath, if there is any at all. And it has a locker as a bonus.

I guess these guys are raising prices in hopes that those from Willow Grove and the like will come and buy their cars. I still would not give more than 10K, cash in hand.

Yea if you dont mind driving by and letting me know the condition first hand, i would really appreciate it. I live down by OC NJ and it would be dissapointing to drive all the way there and it not being worth it.:hatsoff:

As Little Caesar points out, the truck has 87k, which is nice, but keep in mind at 90k you are due for timing belt (and water pump is recommended, along with thermostat, idlers, and accessory belts). So that will run up to $1200 at a dealer. Get them to do it or use as a bargaining chip. If they had done it, they would have said so.

I guess it may just be more sticker shock to me than anything else. I paid a little over $12 for my 99 4wd lim in 2006, with 15,000 less miles than this one, even with the less than eye appealing autumn blaze mica. It must be a testament to the longevity of this model 4runner.

I still think if the OP shopped around in Philly, he could find a much better deal with time. If money is not a huge issue, it indeed may be what he is looking for.
