Nerf Bars with coil springs

I have a 1994 4Runner SR5, 5 spd with coil spring suspension in the rear.

The only nerf bars I can find are for 4Runners with leaf springs. I don't pretend to be mechanically inclined, so welding, etc. is out of the picture for me. However, my kids are struggling to get in and out of my vehicle.

Does anyone know what nerf bars would fit? I don't want running boards and would prefer not to have steps, but that might be my only option.

Thanks, but maybe I need to rephrase my question...
The nerf bars in this google search state my vehicle must have "Rear Leaf Springs" (see example).

I have coils, not leaf springs, thus, they must get in the way. I'm hoping someone has already fingered out a solution for which nerf bars will work.

Only thing I can think of is that the mounting points may be where the trailing arms are on the coil suspension, but....Nerfs have nothing to do with suspension. Buy them and modify if need be!

if you buy them spacificly for your year 4runner they will bolt on to the frame of your 4runner & not interfear with the suspension...... the PU's have rear leafs not the 4runners. & most any reputable company realizes this.

Well, I guess I'll throw in the towel on this one. I contacted Rhino directly about their nerf bars (the only ones that list as actually fitting a 2nd Gen 4Runner).

They replied: "The coil spring suspension interferes with the rear mounting. The front will physically mount but the rear does not have the same mounting provision as the leaf spring model."

Just get a set of rock sliders and if you can't weld, take them down to a welder and have them put on.
