Never again! Changed the fuel filter

Well ive been lurking around on the forums reading others posts and what not figured id finally register and make a post. Decided to change my fuel filter and attempt at rewiring my ks in since the po had cut it and the ac wire which i wired back in aswell. That fuel filter was a real pita.. the worst part about it was not having the tools I needed. After reading various posts i found one that recommended the 301 piece harbor freight socket set so i went with that and bought it. Kudos! Greag set and gave me the right extensions i needed. Put it back together only to find out i didnt tighten the banjo bolts tight enough -.- had to take it all back apart. Next time I do this I will relocate the bastard. Also does anyone know what these wires are for here? I believe one goes to the starter but its already plugged in. Th top wire has no plug that i can see and is also missing.

The lovely threaded canister, i've created words i can't share online swapping that thing out. I cut the one on my 93' p'up off. Bought some fuel injection fuel lines and clamps ( important you buy fuel injection type hoses and clamps, if you do what i did ) and put a generic fuel injected filter back in the same location.

No idea on the wiring, good luck.
