new 2000 4runner question!

just bought a used 2000 4runner and the previous owner lost the keyfob. I can purchase one off ebay but I dont know the FCC number. Is there a way I can find the FCC number?

I googled the year and model of mine and got the FCC #. Then went on Ebay and bought the FOB for $40. Then got the instructions off here. Just search 2000 Keyless Entry Programing.

You could also get a cheap "remote start" set up instead.
Can buy a Valet 561R for under $100 new.

I have also seen lots of them for sale either refurbished or supposedly "new" but open box selling for under $50.

It is what mine came with, love it.
