Looks nice. How is the wind noise between 65 & 80?
I've had the same rack installed since June. No noticeable noise from the rack at any speed. Had it up to 85 mph, but mostly 70-80.

Thanks for your feedback. What’s the largest RTT you could fit on it?I've had the same rack installed since June. No noticeable noise from the rack at any speed. Had it up to 85 mph, but mostly 70-80.

Current lead time estimates for racks given the time of year?
I'm sorry to hear this! This is the first I have heard of this issue. Could you reach out to Tech? 269-459-8447 or [email protected]

What type of aluminum are y'all using? 5052 or 6061?
From their FAQ page:
What type of steel and aluminum do you use? Where is it sourced?
For steel plate and bar we use A36, steel tubing is A500, most aluminum is 3003-H14 (unless specified.) We always look to buy USA made steel and aluminum, but we will use Canadian sourced products if there are any supply issues.

I guess that explains why their racks flex and bend. Prinsu uses 5052 aluminum and Sherpa EC uses 6061. When it comes to strength 6061 > 5052 > 3004. Add in that Victory uses 3/16" panels instead of 1/4" then you have your answer and also explains why their full length racks weigh less than the competition.
Has anyone successfully run the full length roof rack with a C4 ladder?
I have the full length rack coupled with the Gobi ladder. The top corner of the ladder does make contact with the rear fairing of the Victory rack and prevents the hatch from fully opening by only about 1-1.5" (if measuring the upward travel of the bottom of the hatch door). This can be solved by either removing the fairing, or maybe removing a small section of the fairing to clear the ladder.
