Thanks for the welcome.
The 4Runner fits what I need very well. I pull boats many weekends, has room, 4 wheel drive for what seems like our more frequent snow fall, and the GVWR is now enough (even without the 3rd row as in the past) to qualify for Section 179 depreciation.
I looked at them several years ago, but bought the Ridgeline instead. It qualified over 6K gvwr. Now my wife has it and will for many years.
The Caddy SRX in between, but it is RWD and does not work too well in snow (but not horrible considering the RWD.)
The 4runner is also capable of pretty good mpg as well, I'm finding out.
Got a couple of neighbors who have owned 4 Runners for the last 12 years and they love them.
