I just picked up this 1985 4runner last weekend. I was searching for parts for my 88 when I saw the ad on Craigslist. My Dad and I drove down with a Uhaul trailer did a little negotiating and brought it home. It is a really low optioned Sr-5 a/c, tilt, ps, altimeter, no power accessories other than those listed. Is this part of a base package? It runs/drives has 156,000 miles on it. Not a leak on the under side except for the solid axle knuckles which will need a rebuild. The old owner only put 11,000 miles on it in the last 10 years! used it as a beach buggy only. The cattle catchers up front were part of a fish pole and cooler holder he had on it. I got lucky and found these 4runners in New Jersey they are not in bad shape considering they are in their mid to late twenties. These old 4runners join our Toyota family of my Tacoma and my wife's 2010 Trail edition
