Have you heard of anyone running the LT275/70R17 size? This is the C rating.

I see ppl running the E's but Ive had a hell of a time finding this size in the C rating. Is this because the model is so new??

Does anyone have any insight into when the 275’s are going to be widely released? I wrote into Falken earlier this week, but no response. They’re out of stock at Tirebuyer, and CarId, along with all the traditional brick and mortar places.

I might just end up getting the 265’s, but I’m willing to wait a little if the 275’s are going to be easier to come by soon.

I like my Wildpeaks in 265, but I’ll need to to be upgraded before a rod trip in June, when I do I’m pretty sure I’m gonna switch to the Cooper AT3 LT in 275/70. They are an E rated tire but weight about about 5lbs less a tire then the Wildpeaks in 275.

I just went from c-rated cooper at/3 in stock size to p-rated 285s - much better ride.

I just don't understand why people are putting E rated tires unless you're rock crawling
 
For anyone with the 275's, do they run big? Saw a guy on FB with 275's, 6112 at 2.5" and rear 1" and said they rub on the body mount
 
Is his alignment correct?

I'm on 285s and have noticed barely any rub at all and its only on the plastic (I did do the fender mod, though)

Based on pics he's running a SCS Ray 10. Not sure of specs. My 4runner will eventually be my wife's ride so thought a mild lift with the 275's would make more sense. Just dont want rub. Now he described the rub as slight but stil.
 
I recently purchased the 275/70r17 C rated At3/W tires from my local Discount Tire. They didn't have then in their system, but called up their local supplier and they had them in stock. I put them on a stock height 2018 off road premium. They rubbed pretty bad on the front fender lining so that was moved as far forward as possible. I have probably 1.5" of clearance from the front mudflaps at full lock.
So far I am loving them over the factory Bridgestones. Haven't really had them offroad much, but plan to get up in the snow soon. Stock mpg was around 19 and after about 400 miles of driving, these are averaging 18.2 at the moment.

Just picked up some 275s also that are going on my ray10s.. do u have stock wheels? Curious about mounting them while i wait for my lift to show up but might not work with the offset of my wheels.
 
[MENTION=244198]Toyotachaos[/MENTION], Can you confirm tires size of 275/70/17 Falken Wildpeak at3W tires? I have never heard of the wildpeaks in 275. But I hope i'm wrong so i can pick up a set! Anyone else have confirmation on this?
