New FN Overlander Wheels

Graphite Gunmetal Metallic, right?

Love the way it looks with your Silver!

Yeah they're gunmetal. I was originally going to get black but I thought these would look better. I chose them over the phone without really seeing what they were going to look like. I saw them for the first time when they were already installed on my truck.

Same thing here! I was "set" on matte black, talked to Dustin and he suggested the gunametal.

It was a great suggestion. Love it! In person I like it better than black. And it actually looks black in some lighting anyway with the metallic. Stays much cleaner than matte finish would - this is how he talked me out of matte black, and I'm glad he did!

I've got a set of the bronze coming for my white 4runner. I'll post up some pics when they get here.

You can run, but you can't hide!

:police:

Found another one! This was from the "Your Best ONE Picture!" Thread. Sweet pic!

Hard not to notice your picture!

Ah ya found me! I haven't been getting on the forums as much as I should but thank you!

It's a fine balance . . . spend too much time on the forum . . . spend more money:wof:!!

BTW, I feel like your picture should be in a brochure or magazine!

Arguably the best looking A/T tires to pair with those wheels! Guessing those are 265/70 17?

Thanks, they are actually the bronze wheels. I love them! I had actually ordered a set of RAY 10s and the next day saw these on the forum and regretted my order. Lucky me, the RAY 10s are out of stock until Feb and they offered a refund, so I ordered these the next day.

The tires are 275/70/17. Stock suspension for now, and they only rub when reversing and turning the wheels sharply on the front fender lip. I did have to remove the front mud flaps as they rubbed there when turning sharply. With stock trail wheels the tires did not rub at all.

You have any other pictures from some different angles?

Yeah, I can see that they are bronze now . . . must have been my phone that made them look gray!

I like your thinking... keeping things closer to stock.

I have been contemplating no lift + 265 or 275 A/T tires vs 1.75/1" lift + 275s vs 3/2" lift + 285s.

Love the look of 3/2" lift, but I think if I did that I might really catch the "mod bug" - bumpers, sliders, winch, armor. . . could be dangerous!

Here you go! The lighting isn't great. I ordered a lift Friday so hopefully I won't break the bank with other mods. :)

As always, post pics, please!

Thanks! Ordered an icon stage 1. Should be here Thursday.

I wouldn't know those weren't 285s without looking!

Just like when I saw a 14 SR5 with 275 KO2s and a 3/2 lift in person. . . totally thought they were 285s!

You're going to get even more compliments with your lift on!

Thanks, in the background of one of the pics you can see part of one of my neighbors' TRD Pro. He has a 2 inch lift I think and 285 Goodyear Kevlar MTs. It looks pretty badass.

Couldn't be happier with how these wheels look.

These are the best looking wheels I've seen in a long time!

I've been going back and forth about wheels for some time, not really finding exactly what I like. These seem to be it, but I did like the Ray 10's also.

Are these wheels flow formed like the Konigs?

They're all flow formed.

**EDITED**

Only the 6 Shooters from FN are flow formed.

Technically the FN 5 Star in 5 bolt pattern (5 x 150) is flow formed as well (fits Land Cruiser, Sequoia, Tundra)
