Hello everyone, my name is Michael. I just bought my first Toyota about a week ago. She's a 2000 4Runner limited with 159K. I bought it from Jet Li's doppleganger. I am beginning to understand why these 3rd gens are so sought after. This truck is solid! Anyways I'm happy to be a part of this community and I look forward to fixing her up.
Couple things to fix:
rear window console switch doesn't work--key in the tailgate works fine
drivers side door won't lock with key--will lock with button on the inside
key fob doesn't work-- Yes I replaced the batter
Previous owner must have hit a curb or something because she needs an alignment and the steering wheel doesn't sit straight.
