Whats up everyone. Don't have my 4runner yet but I will in January. Currently I own a 2009 Tacoma TRD sport which I will be keeping. I have previously owned a 98 tacoma and an 86 4runner on 44s.
Anyways here's my situation (copied from my tacomaworld post but no one has answered yet so I'm on here)
"Alright so long story short I'm buying my girlfriend a 4runner. She drives a z28 camaro with the ls1 right now and commutes about 35 miles per day to get to school. Considering her car gets 8mpg (we have a lot done to it) we decided a new vehicle with more room (we need it) and better mpgs would be a good idea. We are keeping her car for the weekends though because we both love it.
That being said, since I am paying for it I'm getting what I want. 4x4, leather, eibachs all the way around and 265/70/17 all terrains.
How well do these perform off road and in the snow? I'm also about to start building a cabin up north for winter vacations and summer downhill mountain biking so snow driving is a big concern.
Anyone have any experience with these?
This is what I'm going for. Except in black and a V6
And here's my truck
