I'm located in McKinney, Texas, just north of Dallas. I've been lurking here for a couple of weeks. The advice and info I picked up on this forum helped me a lot during my recent purchase of a 2012 SR5 4Runner.
I plan to use the 4Runner for my daily driver as well as for long distance family trips to dirt roads in TX, OK, AR, NM, and CO. You know...exploring and camping. I used to do a lot of traveling on dual-sport bikes so I'm familiar with dirt roads in mountainous states but now I want to take the whole family with me.
Glad I found this forum. I read the rules. I'm here to learn.
