wassup guys! looking to move into a new 2014 runner in the fall when it releases. im new to the 4runner game but not new toyotas, forums, and such. im going to be trading in my beast tundra for this. i also had a 06 tacoma double cab before this.

heres my tundra build if you guys are interested.

im looking for some advice on which model i should go with since you all probably know the ins and out of the runner much more than i do. i will be going with a coilover lift, wheels, tires pretty much off the lot.

any input would be appreciated. looking forward to becoming a family with this 4runner community.

thanks bro. i see your in sac. im out there like every other week. for your 33s with 3" lift, how much rub did you have? i dont want to trim or cut anything on this vehicle. already done that with the taco and tundra. im thinking im going to run 265/70/17 duratracs if available. i havent looked too much in detail yet.

I had to remove front flaps, but I also installed Light Racing UCA's. My wheels pushed them out a tiny bit too. I'm gonna have to pound back the rear inside front fenders a little, as the front left rubs it when stuffed & turned left. You should be much better with 265's. Also, I'm not sure how the 2013/14's are. Check the 5th gen forums.

yeah i have a couple months to do some research. want everything done right the first time. mods get expensive quick.
