New guy question on suspension/wheel set up

Thinking about doing this to my recently purchased 04 4x4 SR5:

Daystar 2" level (already purchased)
17x9 HELO HE878 wheels w/ -12 offset (already purchased)
265/70/17 Terra Grappler AT's
Spidertrax 1.25" spacers

Trying to go for the "stuffed" look. Don't want much of a lift. Will this setup work without too much trimming/modification?

also...why wouldnt u just get the right offset for the new wheels and skip the spacers?

Stuffed look, large/fat tires with not much of a lift that fill out the wheel well.

And I haven't seen many wheels that have something other than -10 or -12 offset.
