Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum. I have a 2000 SR5 Runner. Love the truck and never had any problems with it. I've been looking around on the site and finally decided to join.

i think your supposed to drive around in 2 wheel drive man..

and as far as the fog lights the switch is on the same lever you use to turn on your headlights, it should be to the right of it

I would like to drive in 2wheel but how do i know if i am in 2x.
right now the 4x4 lever is in H but the 4x4button is not pressed.

i dont have a switch for the fogs. the only thing lever turns on for me are the lights. there is nothing else.
yet outside i see factory installed light or so they seem. thought they might be decoys to use in the spot.

ALSO how do you turn off your head lights at night.
when i am in park and the headlights are turned off the daytime lights keep on. they might be the regular lights but regardless i cant get them to shut off.
tried lifting the handbrakes but it made no difference.

I maybe asking silly questions but please keep in mind that i am a newbie.
Long time 4runner fan first time owner.

any insights will be much appriciated.

In reguards to your fog lights, you might be making the same mistake that I made when I bought my truck. I think that you are talking about your blinkers. Here is a picture of my truck.

mine look the same too. but i have lights in the fog light hole but just dont know how to turn them on.
