hey whats up guys in new around here just thought i would sign up and post some pics of my 4runner... 96 2wd.

Cool man. I think this is the second 4runner I've seen that has swapped the whole front end with the Tacoma.

Which lift do you have on there?

spacer lift up front and lift coils in the back... those are 35" tires.... btw

Yea the Tacoma front clip is very unique. What made you do it? Or buy it like that?

Well, ive built a tacoma and i just love the body lines on them and the 4runner shares the same body lines so i wanted the taco front clip on the 4runner so i got it. i have a few plans for this one.

not too bad just swap out the core support. and everything else is bolt on.

That thing probly turns a lot of heads. I'd be so confused seeing one of those! Either way looks sweet! Do you think it would possible to do the swap with the newer tacoma front end? I wonder what that would look like...? or maybe the newer tacoma front end on a 4th gen... hmm

not really.... im looking to ditch the wheels and lift... im looking for a lowering kit but i have not found anyone who makes one.

Oh i know, i would love to keep it this way but it would give me alot better gas mileage and better handling. i dont like the top heavy feel of driving it anymore. i would like to do a 3 inch drop nice and level on 20 inch billet/chrome wheels while i'm building the frame for it.
