New here...question??

hey everyone im new here to this forum, but not new to forums in general. this is my first truck forum though. i have a quick question for ya. i have an 87 4runner that my mother gave to me for free. it is now being used as my winter vehicle while my civic is off the road. or if the civic needs maitenence the 4runner takes its place. with the civic taking up most of my income being my race car, the 4runner gets put on the back burner. but i was wondrering what the biggest size tires i can throw on the stock suspension without haveing a problem wiht lifting it. its old and rusty and dont want to mess with the suspension lifts and body lifts for obviious reasons (its jsut my beater) but would like to have the big tires to go along with it. any ifno would help out a lot...

would i be able to fit 33's or 32's if i cut the fenders, b/c they would work with a body lift no? maybe ill get a body lift, but would like to stay away b/c its old and dont want it to fall apart doing one b/c of rust.

32's with a little hammering of the fenders and a little torsion bar lift. To give you an idea, my avatar is my truck with 32's.

damn thats the look i would like. 32's look really nice on there. thanks for the info....

one more ? for ya. wheres a good place for tires and rims? cheapest obviously would be nice, but doesnt nec. matter. i wouldnt go w/ the most expensive, but an idea would do. and with the locking hubs on the front, dont know on the new rims (steelies or w.e they are) have obviously the whole there like the center cap out or w.e for the locknig hub to show right? sorry kinds newbish here for trucks. ask me about motor swapped and turbo hondas and im mint lol.

I like the black steel "rockcrawler" wheels, as they both look good (my opinion) and also slightly increase the track width (less offset, or maybe more, not sure which way it goes) making for a make stable ride. And at $35-40 each, not real expensive. By getting the 15x8 size, it will give even 31's a nicer profile and width. I'll see if I can post a pic of mine with this setup.
Discount tire or probably any tire store can get this type of rim.
