Welcome to the forum, i am about to tackle the same feat. I'm on a T4R 3VZE project currently but as soon as that's running and up to par, i have a 94 pickup w/ a 22re i just got via a great barter deal. The engine's tore apart from the head up, and everything is inside the cab and rdy for transit when i can manage to get 'er done. My first move was getting the Haynes service manual.
