New Hood or New Muffler

Well, I'm saving money for a few MAJOR mods, but I need a little something right now to hold me over until I can afford a major mod.

Either Sport Hood from Certifit or

Borla XR-1 muffler

I've attached photos of my stock hood with my terrible clear coat, and of my terrible rust bucket muffler.

I'd go for the muffler, but I love a good sounding vehicle. Both good options though, if you go with the hood throw some pics up. I've been wondering how well those fit up.

Muffler. Make it mechanically sound before you start making it look good.

So uhm I kinda I just got flashed, by a red light camera. But I was easily 75% through the intersection when the light turned red. I'm not even sure if it flashed at me or someone around me. We'll see if I get a ticket in the mail.

BTW, I vote muffler. Aesthetic stuff last...

id get the muffler, cause like said make it mechanically perfect before looks. also if your sure your front end was over the limit line before the light turned red dont sweat it on bit. they review all red light camera pictures before just handing out a ticket. cameras go out of calibration and have to be fixed. ive been flashed by two and was 100 percent i was in the intersection before the light changed. nothing in the mail, but its still nerveracking

Yeah man. Only for six months though.

Debating on driving. Company will pay me to drive or will give me a rental for the whole time.

4Running- Does the exhaust actually sound bad? Or just look bad?
