New HU today, now the power antenna is on the fritz

Okay, so I installed a new pioneer head unit into my '02 4Runner today. I was replacing the factory 6 disk cd changer. I plugged up the regular antenna and left the smaller cable tied off. Now my power antenna is moving up and down, halfway in, halfway out...definitely not acting normal!! I used a harness to hook to the factory harness and I hooked the blue "Power Antenna" wire to the wireless remote on the back of the radio. Any thoughts/comments would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
