I do get some info. On the same screen as the TPMS one, If my doors are open it shows that. I do get gauge info as well. RPM, Speed, coolant temp, etc. Just TPMS is not working for me.
I confirmed the SIL wire is connected.

I think I read somewhere earlier in this thread someone had a similar problem, everything connected, working TPMS, but took him a 30 minutes drive before it would display the TPMS data
Probably driven over 10 hours with most trips being 1.5 hours, so it should’ve showed up by now.

Thanks for the clarification. The people who put mine in did not hook up the OBD connector. Hopefully, it is still on the TO-2 harness and the little sh{t didn't cut it off when he did the install.
And the SIL wire shows as +12vdc from the battery.

Has anyone else had any issues with a Maestro interface? I replaced the factory head unit with a Kenwood ddx695s with Maestro integration. For some reason the maestro keeps losing communication and the steering wheel will lose control. The installer, Carrtunes of Atlanta, has tried everything and is in communication with maestro. They think the maestro may be stuck in a loop looking for the factory unit.
Anyone else have any issues? Thoughts?

call idatalink.. they are very responsive... they never programmed the maestro..
Unplug the smaller blue plug on the Maestro module. It's normally used for radios that are not Maestro compatible to send SWC commands to the deck. With a Maestro compitble deck it sends it over data. Having both will confuse the radio.

I had the same issue where I lose steering wheel controls. after flashing the Maestro to newest firmware it's now solved

What functionality is gained with this over and obd device and running torque app on your phone? I already have techstream and cable and obd and torque pro. Just trying to figure out if it's value to adding this when installing a new head unit. looking at my options for 2013 non nav, non jbl sr5.

I would honestly just look at their website. It will vary slightly by unit what is shown on screen. My DDX9905s has multiple displays, the displays I use everyday include battery voltage, and tire pressure and temperature.
You also get to program the steering wheel controls as you seem fit, and are given access to make changes to other OEM systems: like rolling down the widows at the press of a button on your key fob, changing lighting timing, beeper volume when you lock and unlock the doors, rolling down and rolling up windows at the turn of the key in the door. various temperature and rpm gauges....etc.

Maestro also ties the steering wheel controls into the new head unit. The OBD-II would also need gauges or some sort of readout supported by the head unit, some options (like dynamic parking lines on the reverse camera) aren't available on all head units. You can check which options/features are available when you put in the information on the Masetro-RR product page. Just select vehicle, steering wheel, and then select your desired head unit. Not all head units support display of information from the OBD-II interface.
Maestro also allows for some changes to the stuff that Techstream can do, but I doubt has all the functionality of Techstream.
As for Torque, sorry I've never used it so can't say what it includes. Although from my understanding you can add PID's to the Torque app so you can read more from the computer, you would not have that ability with Maestro and a head unit. Mine does have an option to validate PID's which opened up some more information on the gauges display that wasn't a previous option.
Yes you can skip the Maestro and go a less expensive way to tie in the steering wheel controls, especially if you're looking at a head unit that won't make use of the OBD-II data anyway.

Looking for some quick weekend help before I can call idatalink on Monday.
Started hooking up my Kenwood Ddx9903s today. Got everything soldered and plugged in except for two things. Discovered I needed an antenna adapter even thought crutchfield said I didn't. None the less.
My real issue is with the backup camera. I found the 16 pin connector that has the wires for the camera. But there is no mating connector. Just the raw blue/yellow, yellow, black, brown that came with the TO1 harness.
Do I have to splice into these wires? Am I missing a adapter or connector?

Yes, you have to splice in the camera wires. It's in the install guide.
The antenna adapter you need is in the shopping list on the first page. You can just pick it up at Best Buy
