I recognized the view right away, that's the view of 10,500 ft high Grand Mesa from 4,500 ft elevation Grand Junction. Some nice 4-wheelin' exploring up on top (July and Aug only).
It's impossible to point the camera in any direction from GJ without pointing it toward some great exploring options, including some areas with Morrison shale, the worst mud in the solar system. I've heard that in other parts of the solar system, some people think mud is fun.
I have gotten tons of useful info from this site for my '99, although super-reliable, I've gotten help for some perplexing fixes, including---
Pesky Sunroof leak
Annoying clutch pedal squeak
Super-annoying Power antenna- replaced w/ stationary Taco unit.
WHY are there only 3 spark plug wires in my tune-up kit?
Now I'm working on selling my trusty '99, upgrading to an '04, super cushy and auto trans but that's the price of progress.

I love 3rd gen 4runners, I had a 4 cyl stick 4x4, but a darker maroon color.

Nice ride! I'm in CO as well, Denver at the moment, working on moving to Durango. I just bought my first T4R as well, a 2011 SR5.
