Howdy. Recently picked up a 2006 SR5 4runner and I'm so happy to be back behind the wheel of one of these trucks. I had a 1990 that I drove for ages and racked up over 300k miles. Then tried Subaru and Jeep for a while. Feels good to be back with the 4runner! Planning on doing a few things to it, to get it more hunting/camping ready. Really looking forward to learning from the community here.

Yeah
As much as we can
I've been itching to go this year again
Just waiting on some finishing touches on the runner to be good

What are you having done to the 4runner? Kind of new to 4wheeling in this area. where do you recommend for mostly stock off-roading in your area?

In Napa area the only place is Knoxville.
It's up past the lake
About a 45 min drive from Napa
Mostly fire roads and mud pits
Pretty fun to go on day trips
You can always find the occasional rocky hill climb
Pretty big area
I've done 3in Toytec ultimate kit
Waiting in some front upper control arms and inner tie rods to show up
So that I can get her aligned and good to go

I've heard of knoxville and wanted to go check that out. Just bought my 2006, so right now it's stock, do you think I'll be able to go through Knoxville stock? My wife and I have a wine pick up in Napa this weekend and I was thinking of giving it a go.
