Hi, I'm Buddy.

I'm beginning the shopping process for an 06-09 V8 4Runner. Looking for an 4wd/AWD model to serve as my DD and tow rig for the track car. Unfortunately I probably won't be able to pick one up until the spring, since I'll need to buy it, then sell the current DD......which being a convertible is going to be a tougher sell this time of year.

You could say that. I think right now in just the coilovers/sways/brakes, there is about two times the purchase price of the car.

Then all the safety stuff, engine is stock for now, but we will be swapping in a different this spring so it should see a 50% bump in power, so it will do a better job of keeping up in the straights, and not just the corners.

Hehe, no. Even though it can keep up through the turns, it has nothing for 505hp.
