Hi, i found this forum very usefull, becase there is not many forums in Europe that cover 4runners.

My 4r was UN for three years, after that i bought it...

Now i have some trouble with brakes, back wheels block before front ones doo...

Any sugestions?

Could be the brake proportioning valve. Where the brake lines come together over the rear axle there is a valve that can be adjusted to proportion the braking force from the rear to the front and vice versa. Try re-adjusting it and see what it does for you.

I forgot to mention that brake pedal is soft on begining, then grips hard...
