New Member With Some T4R Questions

Hello everyone i am new here, i am a member of clublexus and supraforums.

Anyways i currently have an 04 GX470 and was looking in selling my 96 Corolla and purchasing a 3rd Gen or possible a 4th Gen 4Runner.

My question is, has anyone ever installed a third row seat in the 3rd Gen 4Runner.

I know the 4th Gen has it already, but i am not looking at spending more then 8k on a T4R and i know i wont be able to find a 4th Gen for that much. So please post pictures if you have any.

it would be tough. maybe a seat designed for a wrangler or some fold downs out of a LR discovery would work due to wheel wells.

Toyota do have 3rd row seats for the 3rd gens, but they were not available in the US. My factory service manual has pictures of them, and the mounting points are there so its just a matter of sourcing them somehow or finding a best fit from something else.

I honestly have never heard of one on a 3rd Gen...
