Done a few Mods lately! And some more to come!

So far I have added the roof rack, 06+ Projectors, CB antenna, and a new Head Unit.

In the mail I have 4 Hella fog lamps for the rack and a computer mount!

Nice 4Runner - thanx for the ideas. How do you like your sliders. I have to get a set as I took mine off- well took off what was left! Do you have any under armor?
Your sig say 3" life in front- none in rear? - mistype or on purpose?

I LOVE my sliders. I had a lot of concern when I bought them because they were bolt on but ive SLAMMED down on them, I've slid down rocks on them and not a worry in the world! They are Hanna Quality Sliders and I dont think he makes them anymore. I got them off a member from here.

I do not have under armor. I will be buying that very soon though. I'm going to get my bumper once I get moved in Oregon from Perkins Performance. And then I will give her some armor. Yes, I could have opted to do armor this go round instead of these mods but I'm happy with them. I'm not doing much hard core wheeling right now like I used to be.

Sorry bout the sig, ya i have a 3" Toytec lift all around. I've upgraded the back to the springs that come in the Ultimate lift and then once I drive through Denver I will be buying the Adjustable Coilovers so essentially Ill have the Ultimate lift kit from Toytec - Should have saved up and bought that at the get go.

I've been thinking of doing the 06+ headlights, where did you get them?
I've been searching ebay, nobody sells the 06+ in a set it seems. All Left side, or right side etc. Don't want to pay shipping twice on them :redbrick:

since the 06 turn signals are in the headlamp, and the 03-05 are in the bumper, does the turn signal in the headlamp just do nothing? I would immagine there isnt a plug for it.

you also need the little trim pieces under the headlamps right?

Price was a big thing. If I could I would get the Gobi but I just dont have that money right now so I went with the Rola rack from etrailer.com. I love it! It's still really low profile and very sturdy! And the wind noise is non existant! Highly suggest! :thumb3:

Yes, all you need is the headlight and the trim piece.

No "bulb out" warnings

You do lose your parking lights on (the small amber light in the headlights) but I'm going to try and fab something up where I can get my parking lights on.

You didn't have to cut the wires to make it work did you?

Just noticed, it says on that auction 'aftermarket'. You'll have to report back in a few months how they stand up. How is the projector cutoff etc?

They use a H11 bulb so yes you do have to cut wires. But what I did is order a 5000k HID kit from DDM tunning and so I cut those wires instead of my stock headlight wires so I can go back to stock if I ever wanted to.

So sorry for the delay guys! I just got done with a huge move and have been busy getting trained in the job and settled.

I BELIEVE the trim piece part # is: 5251235090B0 RH SILVER, 5251335090B0 LH SILVER. I could be wrong though. I just had the dealer order them for me.

As for wiring, i still dont have any photos. I need to aim my headlights a little, since I'm lifted they shine right into the back of peoples cars and drives them nuts. Been flipped off a few times :lmao: So i'll try and remember to get some pictures
