New Nitto Grapplers!!!

Just got my NTG put on today. So far Im pretty pleased. Looking forward to getting them off road. Very little road noise and no rubbing, but they are very close to fitting in the front. My tire guy didnt believe that they would fit, and at one point I didnt either. Im running them with 35psi. Is that to high? Should I knock it down to 32? Here are some pics of the ride.

Quality of ride. The 35psi will be slightly rougher than at 32psi. It's just preference.
 
The Terra Grapplers are a great tire I had BFG radial at's before my Nittos. The Nittos were way better in the snow and mud I only got about 40,000 miles out of mine but we have very rocky trails here and they got cut up really bad but other then that an awesome tire.
 
the pictures really dont do the looks of the tires any justice. they are so much beefier. its like night and day.
 
i have these tires too! i have just about 30k miles on them now and lot more to go!

they look great, ride great and wheel great!
 
i would like to even it out but its a company truck and i really cant do a lot to it. if i do deside to lift the fronty a little how much and what kind of lift. i could do it at work so how much trouble is it. does anyone have a link to diy.
 
It's nice to see more and more Nitto converts as I've been touting them for the last 3 yearts as a very good alternative to the slightly overated BFGs.

I've got almost 40k (always running 35psi in 'em) on mine and they are a bit worn on the edges mostly due to my penchant for hard cornering but I'll see about 50k from them and they've given me very solid performance on the street especially in anything wet and off road I've had no complaints and they resist chunking and rock rash quite well.

The Cornfed spacer lifts are popular, cheap and easy to install. If you want to go stealth (just enough to level it some without being obvious to the non-enthusiast) I suggest a 1" top spacer lift on the front end.

You're gonna have rubbing issues offroad for sure. Perhaps even occasionally onroad. If you can't trim then you better lift. The Cornfed top spacer is a good choice.
 
im not sure if they are the p or lt, ill have to look. they are a tight fit. the pic of the tire is a little off. i have everything to get them to rub and they dont.
 
I would love to try Nitto TG's , but there is nobody here carries them and I don't want to do mail order thing. That can be a pain in the a$$ if things don't work right . Been there done that.
 
what i did was have the tire company put a slighly used 265/70/17 fire on first. if that fit we knew the nittos would fit. once they put the tires on the rim the tire dealer bought em.
 
I had a set of Nitto's on my old T4R. I took it back to Disc. tire after a couple of days due worse fuel economy. They are certainly a very nice looking tire on the 4Runner, just did't see the point as DD, with the lower gas mileage.

But, IF he got another tire of similar quality and it got better MPGs, then it would be worth it.

Summit...what did you end up getting??
