New Owner - 06 T4R - New Rims - help

Hey, You guys, I value your opinion so much, pls take a look at the rims I found from local guy, new in boxes, he got them and never used them ( so he said ) price $475. Is it worth it ? The part number is 42611-AF160 I think they are Tacoma wheels ? I always wanted a 2nd set for my Winter / Summer tires. Can you tell me if this will fit my 06 4Runner, stock suspention etc.
Current owner said this rims need 265/70/17 ? can you verify...

I have them on my 96 and they came off a Tundra. 17 yes

They will fit your 2006 4Runner but try posting in the correct section next time...This is the 1996-2002 section
