New Pop up Camper W/4Runner

Just picked it up yesterday! The 4Runner pulled it with ease...

Who made that camper? What features does it have?

Those bars on the back - can they be used like roof rack bars for things like bikes and stuff?

Great looking set up. You pop-up is on the small side. You shouldn't have a problem with towing that, even if you don't have brakes on the pop-up.

I think you will enjoy camping in a pop-up, I know I do.

I like to see more people camping out of a pop up. I've grown up camping out of one.

We've been all over with ours. I like how ours has three pullouts. 2 queen beds and 1 for a table to eat on. I like how you don't have to climb over seats to get into our beds.

Do any of y'all cook inside your camper?

When the rain stops I will get it set up and get a few pic`s. I was lucky enough to just beat the storm before I got home from the dealer. The camper is a 2010 Coleman Sedona, it`s a 8 foot box, so it is small, but thats all I really needed and I have limited storage space in my driveway. The rack is for my sea kayaks and whitewater boats. I got a pretty good deal on it, but what you don`t realize is that all of the other stuff to get it up and running is a little expensive. Thanks for the good comments!

Pop-Ups are nice! I'd like to have one. We will eventually get around to getting one.

I have had my pop-up for about 6 years. One thing, I notice is that regular campers in tents look down on you since you are a RV and fixed campers look down on you since you are not really a true RV.

I like it since it is easy to tow and set up is fairly easy. If I decide to go to a motel, it is usually fairly easy to park the rig. Sometimes I almost forget that I am towing a camper. after a few years, I find it better to store your clothes in the camper and the coolers in your 4Runner. When you want a lunch or a snack, it is easy to get items out of your 4Runner.

Anyway, enjoy your Coleman camper, it looks pretty neat.

We have a Rockwood with a 2 place trailer in the front for the 4Wheelers. I like it because it has a hard-walled shower.

Great size!..been there done that 5th wheel dually thing, and it was fun.....but not near as fun as the smaller ones. Easier to tow, easier in and out of places....and a hell of a lot easier to store and maintain!

Your Pop Up looks great. We are looking for a used one this year, stepping up from tent camping (which is fun!) but we can be more portable with a pop up and not have to worry so much about rain.

Can I ask how much the pop up was?
