New Prinsu Rack No-Drill Option

I have the full rack and removed the crossbars that went over my sunroof. The 3/4 rack comes right up to the sunroof (the fairing actually prohibits the sunroof to be tilted up its so close, but there is a solution to that by adjusting the fairing) My strong guess would be that this 7/8 rack would be a no go for those with sunroofs unlesss your okay with the fairing right over your sunroof)

I ordered the 7/8 rack the day it was available for order and was told four weeks. So, probably won't see any installs until mid-April. I'll post some pics as soon as I can!

How is the wind noise with the sunroof open? Looking at getting this rack but concerned about noise and drilling into the roof.
 
Sunroof noise is not noticeable under 40 mph speeds, havent tried it on the freeway yet, but then again I rarely keep it open on the freeways. Wind noise is only noticeable for me (with the sunroof closed cruising) on windy days, but then again I have an awning attached as well so could be from that. Nothing a little music doesnt take care of. The drilling isnt an issue if you get it done properly to seal the holes, it only requires one drill hole each side so one less than the front runner.

Anyone received theirs yet, and if so, how long did it take you for you to receive the rack.

Also, any new pics of said rack installed besides the ones in this thread.

I ordered mine the day it became available and don't have it yet. Guess I'm at about 8 weeks now. Last I checked it was at the powder coater...so fingers crossed it arrives soon.

Received my shipping notice last night. Also ordered on March 14. Looking forward to getting it installed. Will post pics!
 
Ordered 4/5 ....... Am I next on the list? I asked once for an order status update, never got a response, but I'll take the rack over a reply.

Once I see a few more pics of this option I'm gonna make a quick decision. I love their full length rack, but I really, really don't want to drill. If this looks just as good I'm sold.
