Pull test, this one failed at 85 ft-lbs. Most of my tests results were around 100 ft-lbs but this is the only one I recorded.

I know this thread is pretty stale, but I figured I'd post an update after two and a half years.

I just re-installed this system into it's third vehicle, and it's still working perfectly! The minor tweaks made based on my feedback are perfect, and this makes it too easy to wire up anything new into the system.
