So i think i finally found an axle housing down in the Carolina's for my truck. Going to double check the gear ratio on my truck and confirm that it's a match. One thing I noticed though is that in the description of the axle housing it states it will fit the following:
4 RUNNER 96-00 4x4, w/o differential lock; 16" wheel, w/ABS, 4.10 ratio
4 RUNNER 01-02 (6 cyl with ABS), 4x4, 16" wheel, 4.10 ratio
Now technically my truck does have 16" rims but according to the door jam it was created with 15" rims. Does the rim size make a difference regarding the gear ratio or am I over-analyzing it?:help:
